Riding around in the car as a kid, I was always craning my neck to get a peek of the houses in my neighborhood with a “for sale” sign displayed in the front yard. As I got older (and more tech savvy), I would spend hours looking through homes for sale on Zillow. Looking back, I can see that I am right where I was always meant to be – opening doors for people to find their dream home!
My name is Avery Lindner, and I’ve been in the world of real estate since 2021. In the summer of 2023, I joined one of the top real estate teams in Cincinnati – Team Reed & Roe! I’ve always had a passion for real estate, and now get to help people find their dream homes in my hometown of Cincinnati.
I started my journey at the University of Cincinnati, and like most 18-year-olds heading to college, had no idea what I wanted to do with my life. I first chose finance as my major, then business analytics. As a junior, the end of school was in sight, but I still wasn’t sure business analytics was right for me. Then, I took a real estate class. For the first time, I didn’t dread going to class, studying for tests, or doing homework. For once, I was genuinely interested in the material! I quickly changed my major to real estate and never looked back.
My first “big girl” job was a property management position, where I was definitely out of my league. Over the 2 years I worked there, I was thrown in head-first to fix problems I had never encountered before. Along the way, I picked up skills in home maintenance, renovation, and investment analysis – all skills I could directly apply to starting my own business as a real estate agent.
Putting my clients first is not just a promise, but a cornerstone of my approach. Every individual, every family, has a unique vision of their ideal home, and I make it my mission to understand and prioritize those distinct needs. From the first consultation to the final closing, it’s not just about transactions; it’s about creating a personalized experience tailored to each client. About Me
Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my husband, 2 Australian Shepherds, and 2 horses. You can often find me walking the pups around my neighborhood in Madisonville, or riding the trails in Indian Hill! I’m also an active member of the Junior League of Cincinnati, where I volunteer in the Cincinnati community. In the winter, I love snowboarding, taking walks in the snow, and watching the Bengals play!
